Through sharing positive experience and expertise, the association creates solidary and harmonic society, based on

the principles of gender equality where the rights of each and every individual is protected and realized.

Strategic Goal 1

Center Care on People: Ensuring the accessibility to the gender-sensitive, human-rights based, high quality SRH services for all.

  • Expand Choice: Providing diverse social groups with gender-sensitive, innovative, modern, and high-quality SRH services; and ensuring the access to safe abortion

 

  • Widen Eccess: Provide safe and quality care for people who are excluded and marginalised groups including youth, LGBTQ+, rural women and girls, Internally Displaced people. Strengthening the cooperation with different stakeholders for advocating the integration of SRH services at the primary health care (PHC), the provision of Minimum Initial Service Package (MISP);

 

  • Advance Digital Healthcare: Invest in Digital Health through transformed and digitilized MA SRHR service provision

Strategic Goal 2

Move the Sexuality Agenda: Strengthening the social, economic and political environment of the country through evidence-based advocacy on gender equality, Comprehensive Sexuality Education and Universal sexual and reproductive health & rights at the local, national and international level.

  • Ground Advocacy: Increasing the accountability of the government towards gender equality and SRHR issues through evidence-based advocacy, amplifying community voices and monitoring commitments;

 

  • Shift Norms: Ensure prevention and appropriately response to sexual and gender-based violence, access to abortion and promotion of gender equality through taking intersectional & feminist action, developing winning narratives and coalition building;

 

  • Act with Youth: Bring youth voices to the fore, Advance comprehensive sexuality education, Engage & influence on social media

Solidarity for Change: Amplify Impact by Enhancing the volunteer movement, building strategic partnerships and promoting civic activism.

  • Support Social Movement through building strategic partnerships in joining and amplify messages to uphold human rights and tackle inequalities

 

  • Strengthen the volunteer movement through enhancing leadership skills and ensuring diverse engagement

 

  • Contributing to information, knowledge and experience-sharing about innovations,gender equality and SRHR issues among volunteers civil society representatives and youth groups;

  • Grow our Organization: Ensuring the financial sustainability of the organization through strengthening the collaboration with public and private sectors, and diversifying the sources of the income;

  • Walk the talk: Strengthen youth leadership and common SRHR value base through integration of YCA Approach
