Volunteering

Since 1998, the Association HERA XXI has been supporting volunteer activities. With the support from the Association, a volunteer movement was established and developed nationwide; innovative and creative approaches were adopted; and youth and volunteer engagement became a priority direction in the organization’s activities. The organization also promotes mentorship and experience sharing between experienced and relatively new volunteers working for the organization.

Targeted coordination of activities and properly selected mechanisms have helped the organization create a strong and successful volunteer platform, where each volunteer’s interest and abilities are taken into account. To improve communication with volunteers, the Association HERA XXI operates the platform HERA XXI Alumni Network. This hub includes 597 young members. It is a space for self-realization and personal development, experience sharing, and effective implementation of activities.
